Driving, Training, and motivating the sales team,
Monitoring the team's sales performance and ensures sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly quotas are reached
Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
Responsible for Lead generation for SMS Marketing/Software Development etc
Assist the Sales Team with sales strategy development and implementation.
Develop and share knowledge of the products and services being offered to the Sales Team
Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients
Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure they are happy
